手动隔膜阀是带尾阀、具有可消毒灭菌功能的新型阀门，手动〔手轮〕驱动直通式截止阀。EPDM隔膜材料、精密铸造不锈钢阀体、抛光直通无死角通道， 并且具有开、关限位及状态显示功能。 该阀门耐酸、耐碱、无外漏、不染菌、易消毒以及维护方便。

    应用
   隔膜阀，手动或气动操作，专门应用于制药工业中的卫生和无菌过程，该阀门非常适用于流体控制和开/关的任务。
  该隔膜阀同其他阀门设计相比，该阀门有着优越的流量特点。更容易清洁，很好的处理带颗粒的物料，在流量控制的应用上，气穴现象也更少些。
    工作原理
  膜片提供阀体密封和阀座密封。里面没有路径通到外部环境，所以该阀门适用于无菌过程。
   阀体和压力板的相互关系，防止了膜片的挤压。
   该阀门可以手动也可以气动操作，也可以通过控制器和电磁阀控制。
      
      The diaphragm provides valve body seal and valve seat seal. There is no path to the outside environment, so the valve is suitable for aseptic processes.

    The relationship between the valve body and the pressure plate prevents the diaphragm from being squeezed.

    The valve can be operated manually or pneumatically, or controlled by a controller and solenoid valve.

隔膜阀的优点近似于夹紧阀。其闭合元件不被工艺介质所湿润，因此在腐蚀性工艺介质中能够使用较便宜的材料制造。流动物流是直线通过或近似于直线通过，且产生小的压力降，使它成为理想的开关操作，并避免了产生紊流。隔膜阀也可作节流操作，然而在靠近阀体底部维持一个节流位置时，有时小颗粒会在隔膜或阀体底部切成草寇而导致腐蚀。因为隔膜是位于承压阀体内，隔膜阀能够比加紧阀处置稍高的压力，但是总的压力及温度额定范围是依赖于材料的韧性或隔膜的增强。阀体流动通道与隔膜韧性量有关。隔膜阀另一优点是如果隔膜失效，阀体能容纳浅陋的物流，而好于加紧阀外壳。

隔膜阀的应用条件近似于夹紧阀。隔膜的回弹使他沿着流体中的颗粒而密封，并使它在烯浆、工艺材料或含有固体的流体中能理想的操作。

The advantages of diaphragm valves are similar to pinch valves. The closing element is not wetted by the process medium, so it can be made of cheaper materials in the corrosive process medium. The flowing stream passes in a straight line or approximately in a straight line, and produces a small pressure drop, making it an ideal switching operation and avoiding turbulence. Diaphragm valves can also be used for throttling operation. However, when a throttling position is maintained near the bottom of the valve body, sometimes small particles will cut into grass at the bottom of the diaphragm or valve body and cause corrosion. Because the diaphragm is located in the pressure-bearing valve body, the diaphragm valve can handle a slightly higher pressure than the tightening valve, but the total pressure and temperature rating range depends on the toughness of the material or the enhancement of the diaphragm. The flow path of the valve body is related to the toughness of the diaphragm. Another advantage of the diaphragm valve is that if the diaphragm fails, the valve body can hold the shallow flow, which is better than tightening the valve housing.

The application conditions of diaphragm valves are similar to pinch valves. The rebound of the diaphragm allows it to seal along the particles in the fluid, and makes it ideal for operation in olefin pulp, process materials or fluids containing solids.
