一、气动三通球阀 产品概述

本公司的气动三通球阀是一种三通道的回转型球阀, 用于介质分流、合流及流向切换,每个管道都可以作为入口或出口。

气动三通球阀分有气动三通L型球阀气动三通T型球阀两种,可以达到不同的生产工艺要求。气动三通L型球阀是对三条管道中的两条管道进行切断,气动三通T型球阀实现把三条连通管道进行合流与分流。


气动三通球阀与电气阀门定位器配套,输入420mADC信号及0.40.7MPa气源就可控制运转,实现对压力、流量、温度、液位等参数的调节。亦配行程限位开关、电磁阀、减压阀及0.4-0.7MPa气源可实现开关操作,并送出二对无源触点信号指示阀门的开关。


气动三通球阀主要应用于化工,石油,轻纺,电力,食品,制冷,航空,航天,造纸等工业领域。

二、气动三通球阀 产品特点

1)流体阻力小,其阻力系数与同长度的管段相等。   
2)结构简单、体积小、重量轻。   
3)密封良好,目前球阀的密封面材料大多使用塑料、密封性好,在真空系统中也已使用。   
4)操作方便,开闭快,从全开到全关只要旋转90°,便于远距离的控制。   
5)维修方便,球阀结构简单,密封圈一般都是活动的,拆卸替换都比较方便。   
6)在全开或全闭时,球体和阀座的密封面与介质隔开,介质通过时,不会引起气动三通球阀密封面的侵蚀。   
7)适用范围大,通径从小到几毫米,大到几米,从高真空到高压力都可应用

(6) When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the ball and valve seat are separated from the medium. When the medium passes, it will not cause erosion of the sealing surface of the pneumatic three-way ball valve.   

(7) The scope of application is large, the diameter ranges from small to several millimeters, to several meters, and can be applied from high vacuum to high pressure.
