微孔过滤器结构功能

不锈钢微孔过滤器，由折叠式微孔膜滤芯和不锈钢外筒组成，内装配单芯或多芯滤芯，滤器筒体采用快装卡箍或快开环首螺栓连接，装卸滤芯、清洗滤器十分方便。滤器内表面均做镜面抛光处理(粗糙度Ra≤0.28μm)，无卫生死角,符合"FDA""GMP"规范要求

微孔过滤器分为化工级和食品级，食品级必须按 FDA 标准制造，滤器材质为优质不锈钢(304/316L)，内外均精抛光，无死角。 其特点是体积小、重量轻、使用方便、过滤面积大、堵塞率低、过滤速度快、无污染、热稀稳定性及化学稳定性好。

本系列不锈钢微孔过滤器能滤除绝大部分微粒，所以广泛应用于精滤和除菌工艺。

微孔过滤器使用方法

1、清洗过滤器和过滤器连接部件，正确安装滤芯和外壳。

2、开机前首先要检查加压泵是否顺转，检查是否连接紧密，各阀门是否关闭。

3、开机前首先慢慢打开进液阀门，通过排气，随后打开出液阀进行正常过滤。

4、如发现过滤压力差大于 0.1Mpa 或流量，表明滤芯大部分孔径已堵塞，建议客户对滤芯进行清洗或更换。

1. Thoroughly clean the filter and the connecting parts of the filter, and install the filter element and housing correctly.

2. Before starting the machine, first check whether the pressure pump rotates in the forward direction, whether the connection is tight, and whether the valves are closed.

3. Slowly open the inlet valve before starting the machine, exhaust the air, and then open the outlet valve for normal filtration.

4. If it is found that the filter pressure difference is greater than 0.1Mpa or the flow rate drops significantly, it indicates that most of the pores of the filter element have been blocked, and it is recommended that the customer clean or replace the filter element.

特点

微孔过滤器滤芯:聚丙烯膜( PP )滤芯，聚四氟乙烯膜( PTFE )滤芯，醋酸纤维膜( CN - CA )滤芯，过滤精度从 0.1-60um ，长度有 10 ; 20 ; 30 和 40 英寸(即 250 ; 500 ; 750 ; 1000mm )四种，上述滤芯，耐压为 0.42mpa ，可反冲。接口方式有插入式( 222 、 226 座二种)和平嘴式二种。

快开高效过滤器

微孔过滤器出厂时，用户在使用前，必须根据过滤用途、介质情况、配置不同形式、不同材质的滤芯。如GMP厂制药用水，可以和 5um 和 1.oum 摺叠膜简式滤芯两组串接使用。在发酵工业中空气过滤，如图1所示，可以对送入空气进行除菌，除噬菌体过滤，也可封排出尾气进行处理，达到美国细菌过滤 HIM 标准。
