 流体除铁器是由磁棒组和不锈钢桶体组成，通过法兰、卡箍等方式将进出料口和生产线管道连接起来。流体除铁器常用来过滤液体、浆料、风送管道输送的粉体、气体等物料中的细小铁杂质。通过流体除铁器内部磁棒的强大磁场，有效过滤物料中的细小铁杂质，提高物料品质。The fluid separator is composed of a magnetic rod group and a stainless steel barrel. The inlet and outlet of the material are connected with the pipeline of the production line by means of flanges and clamps. Fluid separators are commonly used to filter fine iron impurities in liquid, slurry, powder, gas and other materials transported by air pipelines. The strong magnetic field of the magnetic rod inside the fluid separator can effectively filter the fine iron impurities in the material and improve the quality of the material.
 流体除铁器可选择特性：
1.磁棒磁力强度等级：8000Gs   10000Gs、12000GS；
2.壳体材质：SS304、 SS316；
3.表面处理：镜面抛光，可达到食品级和卫生级要求标准；
4.连接方式： 快速卡箍接头 等；
5.可选择附件：排料阀、不锈钢过滤网、清洗替换磁芯。
6.工作温度＜： 80℃、100℃、120℃、150℃、180℃、200℃等；
7.清理方式：常规型 ；
8.工作压力：常规卡箍式筒体或卡箍接头式进出料口耐压＜3-6 Kg，0.3-0.6mpa  如有特殊要 求，可另行设计。
 流体除铁器如何清理：
 流体除铁器清理频率:根据处理物料中铁杂质的含量多少、每小时物料处理量等参数确定，一般磁棒表面吸附的粉状铁杂质厚度不宜超过10mm，定期及时清理，从而保持使用效果。
 流体除铁器清理步骤:清理流体除铁器时，首先磁芯固定螺丝打开，取出磁芯，清理吸附在磁棒表面的铁杂质，然后再将磁芯安装到筒体，固定，安装磁芯时检查密封垫圈是否完全卡在垫圈卡槽内，避免垫圈错位引起工作过程中物料泄露。在清理磁棒表面的铁杂质时，可以借助厚的棉手套、抹布、托盘等工具，有需要时，可以用水清洗。
